Parking is free at The Follies. Please allow 10-15 minutes to park and walk to the visitor centre.
We love dogs and are normally allowed entry to the Follies but unfortunately they are not allowed on the Santa Safari trips.
The Santa Safari trips will continue to run unless we are extremely affected by adverse weather conditions. Should the trips be cancelled by Hawkstone Park, alternative dates will be offered or full refunds given.
We do have toilets including disabled toilet and baby changing facilities at the Visitor Centre. There are also toilets available on grotto hill.
Each car seats 6 people, if you book for less than 6 you will be sharing a car with another group.
If you have booked for more than 6 people then you will be split across multiple vehicles. One vehicle will be filled first then the remaining people will be in another vehicle - For example if you book for 9 there will be 6 in one car and 3 in another.
No unless your child is aged 12 months and below.
The car journey from the visitor centre to the caves will take approximately 10 minutes.
You need to check in at least 15 minutes prior to your time slot and would need to allow an hour for the total trip.
The Santa Safari trips will all run from Hawkstone Park Follies. Please park in the car park at the follies on arrival and you will need to walk to the visitor centre to check in.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the caves wheelchairs and buggies would not be able to access the grotto. This is due to the terrain, steps, bridges and inclines.
